Pretty sure my motor died since truck wont go forward or back but the steering still works. Was going to replace the engine with a Castle Sidewinder Sv2 1/10 ESC & 4600 Motor Combo.

How hard is it to do a motor swaps - any help would be appreciated.

Toast, thats the motor/esc combo I run and not hard at all to install, the ESC fits snugly right behind the motor, just make sure you clock or angle the motor so the wires don't interfere with the out drives.

Thanks Gone Mini!
How do you find the speed with the new motor?

Blazing, if you go to the tamiya highlift wheels and tires thread, in the wheels and tires section, I outlined what upgrades I used to make the truck more stable. And theirs some pics.
